Our Team

For over 35 years Baker & Associates has been a presence in the water and wastewater market within Ohio.  Founded by the late Harry Baker, our firm has always focused on relationships with consultants, operators, municipal managers, contractors and regulators. We know that successful sales of equipment rely on early and active engagement of multiple decision makers.

Traditionally, we have focused primarily on specifiable, high quality equipment and systems.  We embrace innovative processes and specialize in introducing them to the market.

In more recent years, we've branched out to include pumps and blowers in our product offering--but still enjoy system sales as we get involved with challenging hydraulics, control design, and mulit-component troubleshooting.

We value early involvement in the engineering of a pumping system and only offer limited products which satisfy our demand for and our clients' preference for quality and long service life.

Remembering Harry Baker

Ted's father, Harry Baker, founded Baker & Associates and was the owner until 2008.  Harry passed away in 2010.

Harry Baker's word and his handshake were known across Ohio and beyond.  He was a welcoming host.   He was an ear to listen.  He was a rep's rep.  He was a dear friend to many operators, consultants, reps, regulators and other industry folks.

As a charter member of the Ohio 5-S Society, Harry was a perennial OWEA sponsor, supporter, committee chair and advisor.

Ted and Doug celebrate the legacy that Harry created -- most notably the code of conduct and way of doing business that forms the foundation of Baker & Associates to this day...

Ted and Doug pause to remember Harry Baker (no relation to owner of the establishment).
